Rough start to improving sleep

My first night using the APAP machine was a bit difficult. The sleep specialist asked me to use the mask for at least 4-5 hours each night. I put it on around 10:30 PM, but I took it off just after 4 AM because I was having trouble falling asleep. I hope I'm able to get used to the mask so I can actually sleep while wearing it. At least I didn't feel sleepy when I got up.
