Food coma, engage!

I made a Mexican quiche today.  In addition to eggs and milk, it has diced tomatoes, green chiles, chorizo and a four-cheese blend.  I love it, but the recipe needs some adjustments for next time.  Some of the egg/milk mixture spilled out during preparation because the beans and chorizo took up too much room in the crust.  I either need to use less beans or a larger crust.
