Tuesday & Wednesday Jekyll and Monday Hyde

I didn't get enough sleep Sunday night/Monday morning and I didn't eat anything before work, so I felt very crabby for the first hour or so. For the past few days, I've been sleeping 3-6 hours between work shifts and having a light breakfast with my medication at least a half-hour before driving to work. This greatly improved my mood Tuesday and Wednesday. I won't be doing any shifts on Friday due to my Toastmasters meeting and weekly dinner at my parents' house.
